MDABC Resources for Seniors
Because age brings unique mental health challenges, it’s important that seniors and their families are well-informed about mental illness. Being a senior can be a rewarding time of life if we are healthy and happy.
Common transitions at later stages of life—retirement, changes in income, the loss of a spouse—can be triggers for mental health issues, but we know that planning and open communication help.

Seeking Facilitators For Seniors’ Support Group
MDABC is looking to start up a support group for seniors.
